Warranty:

J. Everett Enterprises, Inc., manufacturer of Maric Timing equipment, warrants all Maric digital equipment to be free from all defects in material and workmanship under normal use for two (2) years from the date of purchase by the original retail purchaser (hereafter referred to as the "Warranty Period"). *During the Warranty Period, J. Everett Enterprises, Inc. will repair, or at its option, replace the equipment without charge for labor, parts or return shipping. The customer must ship the equipment to J. Everett Enterprises, Inc. prepaid - we will not accept shipments collect.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. J. Everett Enterprises, Inc. is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the breach of any warranty whether expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability.
This is the only express warranty, which accompanies the sale of all Maric digital and analog equipment, and no other person or entity is authorized to make any other written or oral warranty on behalf of J. Everett Enterprises, Inc.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the equipment resulting from negligence, accident, unreasonable use or any cause not arising out of defects in material or workmanship.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the equipment that has been caused by repairs or alterations by anyone other than a certified technician of J. Everett Enterprises, Inc. Maric equipment is not waterproof. All equipment must be protected from the elements, specifically, but not limited to rain. Maric equipment should be prevented from falling into any pool - all power cords MUST be plugged into outlets outfitted with General Fault Interrupters (GFI). J. Everett Enterprises, Inc. will not be responsible for any damages or liability as a result of using this equipment without GFI outlets.
